Terms of Service

Apply to the website aethelterminal.com and the Aethel Wallet browser extension (together, "Aethel"). Effective October 8, 2026.

1. Accepting these terms

By using Aethel you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Aethel. You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use crypto-asset services where you live.

2. What Aethel is

• A website with live crypto market charts, market-structure analysis, news, events and a portfolio view.
• Tools to swap tokens and place limit orders and recurring buys on the Solana blockchain from your own wallet, using third-party services such as Jupiter.
• Aethel Wallet, a browser extension that creates and stores a Solana wallet on your own device.

Aethel is not a bank, broker, exchange or custodian. We never hold your funds, recovery phrase or private keys, and we cannot move, freeze, reverse or recover your assets.

3. Your wallet and your responsibility

• You alone are responsible for keeping your recovery phrase, password and device safe. If you lose your recovery phrase, nobody (including us) can restore your wallet.
• We will never ask for your recovery phrase. Anyone who does is trying to steal your funds.
• Every transaction must be approved by you in your wallet. Check the details before you approve. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be undone.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your transactions.

4. Not financial advice

Charts, setup scores, "watch" signals, alerts, profit and loss figures and any other information on Aethel are for information only. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. A setup score is a checklist, not a probability of success. Verify everything independently and never risk more than you can afford to lose.

5. Risks

By using Aethel you accept, among others, these risks:

• Crypto prices can move sharply and go to zero.
• Swaps can fill at a different price than shown (slippage), and orders may fill partly, late or not at all.
• Many tokens on Solana are wrapped or bridged versions of other coins, issued by third parties; they can lose their value or peg.
• Blockchains, smart contracts, wallets, browsers and third-party services can have bugs, outages or be attacked.
• Prices, balances and profit and loss shown on Aethel come from third-party data and on-chain history and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

6. Third-party services

Aethel relies on services we do not control, including Jupiter (swaps and orders), Coinbase and GeckoTerminal (prices and charts), our Solana network provider, and Cloudflare (hosting). Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability, prices, fees or actions.

7. Fees

Aethel charges a fee of 0.1 % on swaps and limit orders made on the website when the trade pays or receives SOL or USDC. It is collected through Jupiter's referral program and is already included in the amount shown in the quote, so the amount you see is the amount you get (before slippage). For limit orders it is taken when the order fills. Recurring buys have no Aethel fee. Solana network fees always apply, and third parties may charge their own fees (for example Jupiter on some swap routes); where we know of such a fee it is shown before you approve.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Aethel for anything illegal, including money laundering, fraud, or getting around sanctions;
• use Aethel if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list;
• attack, overload, scrape or abuse Aethel or its server, or try to get around its limits;
• copy, resell or misrepresent Aethel, or pretend to be Aethel.

We may block access to Aethel for anyone who breaks these rules.

9. No warranty

Aethel is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors. Features may change or be removed at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the people behind Aethel are not liable for any loss of funds, profits, data or opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential damage, arising from your use of Aethel, your transactions, third-party services, or anyone gaining access to your wallet. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Intellectual property

The Aethel name, logo, design and software are owned by Aethel. © 2026 Aethel. All rights reserved. Coin names and logos belong to their respective owners.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will update this page and the date at the top. Using Aethel after a change means you accept the new terms.
